Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Options & Costs
We offer a worldwide shipping, except to Russia and Belarus. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.


2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receiving the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package is dispatched.
Please be aware that processing times may increase during peak shopping periods, holidays, or promotional events.


3. Customs duties and import fees
Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to orders shipped outside of our base country. These charges are not included in your order total and are assessed upon delivery by your local customs office.


4. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, weather events, or carrier delays may cause shipping delays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by these factors.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Dar Ann Store, we strive to provide the best shopping experience possible. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy carefully before initiating a return.


1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.


2. Return Conditions
All returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with all original tags still attached.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions or are returned after the 30-day period.


3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please email us at hello@darann.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to send the item back to us.


4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note:
Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.
If you received a discount on your original order, only the amount paid (after discount) will be refunded.


5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@darann.com.


6. Customs and Duties
Please note that we do not cover any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied to your order. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a return is made from an international destination, any additional customs fees will not be covered or refunded by us.


7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings are not eligible for return. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.


8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@darann.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
